I started Blue Ridge Property Management with one goal in mind: to do things differently.
Before launching, I spent time reading reviews from property owners and tenants across Bend and I really listened to what people were frustrated with. The same issues came up again and again: lack of communication, slow response times hidden fees and pricing structures that increased as rents increased.
I built Blue Ridge to be the opposite of that.
For property owners, we use a flat per-door pricing model instead of a percentage-based fee. That means as rents increase the property owners keep the upside and not the property manager. Your management costs will stay predictable and aligned with your long-term investment goals.
We also believe in transparent pricing so there will be no nickel-and-diming, no surprise charges. We just do straightforward, professional management.
For tenants, we focus on creating a more accessible experience. That means faster response times, clear communication and a more reasonable approval process. We don’t believe in unnecessarily strict barriers, our goal is to qualify responsible tenants while keeping the process fair and attainable. We use flexible income standards such as 2x the monthly rent for most tenants.
